Time Management Workshop Empowered Students to Take Control of Stress
                                                    and Productivity



               The Student Wellbeing Hub hosted an engaging and practical “Time Management” workshop
               to help students enhance their academic performance while maintaining their mental well-being.
               The session focused on key strategies for effective time use, including how to prioritize tasks,
               reduce stress, and boost productivity. Students were guided through techniques to improve their
               focus  and  manage  daily  responsibilities  without  feeling  overwhelmed.  The  event  was
               well-received, with students expressing appreciation for its relevance and positive impact. This
               workshop is part of the hub’s ongoing efforts to support students in developing the skills necessary
               for academic success and personal growth throughout their university journey.

               In addition to the core workshop content, interactive discussions and real-life scenarios encouraged
               students to share their own challenges and solutions, fostering a sense of community and peer
               support.  By  creating  a  safe  and  motivating  space,  the  hub  not  only  provided  valuable  time
               management tools but also empowered students to take control of their routines and approach their
               studies with greater confidence and resilience.
