Faculty of Pharmacy Launched Art Competition Celebrating Egypt’s

Natural Beauty for National Environment Day

In celebration of National Environment Day, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Mansoura National
University announced a creative competition to select the most outstanding artworks inspired by
the breathtaking natural landscapes of Egypt. Whether through painting or photography, students
were invited to showcase the beauty of our environment by submitting their best nature-inspired
pieces. The top entries were displayed throughout the faculty, transforming it into a visual tribute
to Egypt’s rich ecological heritage. Submission guidelines were the following:

- Artworks must feature natural scenery from the Egyptian environment, either drawn
or photographed.
- Submissions should be presented on wood panels, canvas, or within a frame suitable
for hanging.
- Each artwork must include the student's signature or name.

With enthusiasm and talent, students from across the faculty submitted a wide range of nature-
inspired artworks that reflected both artistic skill and deep environmental awareness. Whether
depicting serene desert scenes, lush greenery, or coastal horizons, each piece served as a heartfelt
tribute to the Egyptian environment. This initiative reflects MNU’s ongoing efforts to nurture well-
rounded, socially responsible graduates, capable of using their talents to positively impact both
their communities and the planet.
