                 Students Wellbeing Hub Held a Session on Smart Study Strategies Ahead of
                                                        Midterms



                                                                          As midterm exams approached and

                                                                          students began feeling the pressure
                                                                          of  balancing  coursework,  revision,
                                                                          and  daily  responsibilities,  the
                                                                          Students Wellbeing Hub stepped in
                                                                          to  offer  timely  support  and
                                                                          guidance.  On  October  18,  the  hub
                                                                          organized  an  online  session  titled
                                                                          "Study  Techniques"  to  help
                                                                          students    manage     their   time
                                                                          effectively  and  prepare  for  exams
                                                                          with confidence.

               The session provided practical tips and techniques to improve study habits, reduce stress, and
               enhance academic focus. It addressed common challenges such as lack of motivation, poor time
               management, and exam anxiety—offering clear, student-friendly solutions. The event saw active
               participation from students across different years, many of whom expressed appreciation for the
               supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

               In addition to the valuable study strategies shared, the session featured a live Q&A segment where
               students voiced their concerns and received personalized advice from the hub’s academic mentors.
               This interactive format not only fostered a sense of connection but also encouraged peer-to-peer
               engagement, allowing students to learn from each other’s experiences. This initiative reflected the
               hub’s  ongoing  commitment  to  promoting  student  well-being,  mental  health,  and  academic
               success—ensuring that no student faces the challenges of midterms alone.
