Reflections and Impact
The success of the first season of The
Geniuses Program can be attributed to the
collaborative efforts of students and faculty. It
demonstrated the university’s commitment to:
• Promoting interactive and experiential
learning beyond traditional
classrooms.
• Creating opportunities for students to
apply knowledge in practical, high-
pressure situations.
• Strengthening community, leadership, and teamwork skills within the student
body.
• Showcasing the importance of the clinical pharmacy student’s role as a thinker,
problem-solver, and innovator.
Students who participated gained not only
knowledge but also valuable experiences in
public speaking, quick decision-making, and
collaborative problem-solving. The program
also highlighted the ability of Mansoura
National University students to design, manage,
and execute large-scale extracurricular
initiatives with professionalism.
