Student Activities Beyond the Lab

1. World Blood Donation Day Campaign – “Share Blood, Save Lives”
Held on April 30, 2024, this student-led awareness campaign was organized in conjunction with
World Blood Donation Day. The activity aimed to educate peers and the broader community about
the importance of blood donation.

2. 3D Cell Biology Model Project
Students were tasked with designing 3D hand-crafted models representing cellular structures,
organelles, and biological processes. This creative project allowed students to visualize complex
concepts in a tangible form, deepening their understanding and enhancing engagement.
The Cell Biology practical course this semester has successfully combined structured assessments
with interactive, real-world activities to foster a comprehensive learning environment. These
initiatives not only strengthened students' practical skills but also encouraged scientific curiosity,
teamwork, and community engagement—core pillars of their journey towards becoming
competent healthcare professionals.
