TEDx Mansoura National University Successfully Launched: A Platform for

                                                Ideas That Inspire Change

In alignment with the global TEDx movement, which is rooted in TED’s mission that “Ideas
Change Everything,” Mansoura National University proudly hosted its first TEDx platform,
bringing the spirit of TED to the university community. It provided a vibrant platform for thought-
provoking discussions, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.

TEDx Mansoura National University was part of the independently organized TEDx initiative,
aimed at sparking deep conversations through a blend of live talks and curated TED videos.
Participants enjoyed a TED-like experience, where speakers delivered short, impactful talks—each
under 18 minutes—covering a broad spectrum of ideas in science, education, technology, the arts,
               and social innovation.

Ahead of this, an open call was made for volunteers to join the organizing team and contribute to
various key areas, including public relations, human resources, sponsorship, organizing,
fundraising, coaching, media, marketing, and logistics. The enthusiastic response led to the
formation of a dynamic, collaborative team that successfully brought the event to life. The TEDx
platform not only highlighted the creativity and leadership of Mansoura National University but
also served as a powerful opportunity for the university community to connect, exchange
perspectives, and be inspired to think critically and act boldly.
