“With You from the First Day”
A Student-centered Initiative at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura National

University

In line with its commitment to
supporting students from the very
beginning of their academic journey, the
Faculty of Pharmacy at Mansoura
National University launched the
pioneering initiative “With You from
the First Day”. This campaign reflects
the faculty’s strong belief in the
importance of early engagement,
continuous communication, and
comprehensive academic and personal
support for all newly admitted students.

The initiative began with a welcoming orientation session aimed at introducing students to the
faculty’s structure, academic stages, available fields of study, and essential student services.
During the meeting, university staff and faculty members addressed students’ inquiries, clarified
admission procedures, and guided them through the transition into university life. The session
fostered an open, encouraging atmosphere, assuring students that they would be supported every
step of the way—academically, socially, and administratively.

Building on this strong start, the activities of the “With You from the First Day” campaign
continued over multiple days, ensuring that all incoming students—regardless of their registration
date—were personally welcomed and fully informed. Each group of students was met with the
same spirit of care and attentiveness, as faculty representatives answered questions, shared
practical guidance, and established early lines of communication to support long-term academic
success.

This initiative not only eases the students’ transition into university life but also reflects the
faculty’s broader commitment to building a student-focused learning environment, where
inclusion, guidance, and academic excellence are prioritized from day one. The campaign stands
as a model of proactive student engagement and is expected to continue as an integral part of the
faculty’s identity in the years ahead.
