                                    Ramadan, Studies, and Staying on Track



                   As part of the Student Well-being Hub (SWH) Café activities, Faculty of Pharmacy,
                   Mansoura National University organized an engaging online session titled “Ramadan,
                   Studies, and Staying on Track” on Wednesday, March 5, at 10:00 p.m. The session was
                   hosted  by  Sama  Raafat  and  Kareem  Ahmed,  featuring  Dr.  Yomna  El-Leithy,
                   biochemistry staff member, as the guest speaker. It provided a safe and open space for
                   students  to  share  experiences  and  discuss  practical  ways  to  maintain  productivity,
                   balance, and well-being during the holy month of Ramadan.


                   Topics  discussed  included  healthy  eating  habits  while  fasting,  managing  post-iftar
                   fatigue,  balancing  studies  with  worship  and  personal  life,  and  effective  time
                   management strategies The session offered valuable insights and supportive discussion,
                   helping students sustain focus, energy, and spiritual growth throughout Ramadan.
