“Job Fair Simulation & Awareness Campaign”

Job Fair Simulation Part: It was an innovative,
experiential learning activity designed to equip
students with essential skills for the modern job
market. By recreating the atmosphere of a
professional job fair, this simulation bridged the
gap between academic preparation and real‑world
employment scenarios. Students participated by
submitting tailored CVs for virtual job offers and
engaging in a mock interview process that closely
mirrored actual recruitment practices.

Objectives:

• Strengthened networking and interpersonal
abilities through simulated professional
discourse.
• Enhanced understanding of the job search
lifecycle, from application to selection.
• Built student confidence in interview scenarios, reducing anxiety and improving performance.

• Provided constructive feedback that guided personal development and refined presentation skills.
