     Assoc. Prof. Ahmed El-Sheakh stressed that the faculty has adopted a pioneering vision since its
               establishment, aiming to foster entrepreneurship in pharmacy education in line with the vision
               of the New Republic to expand opportunities for graduates. He added that the faculty applies
               innovative curricula focused on project-based learning and entrepreneurial thinking, striving to
               reach the ranks of top international universities. He also highlighted the faculty’s comprehensive
               research  plan,  which  supports  faculty  members’  research  and  targets  practical  solutions  to
               challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, he noted that the faculty currently holds
               more than 70 international publications and advanced research equipment, with the ambition to
               establish the first drug development research laboratory within Egyptian universities.
               The ceremony featured the recognition of outstanding faculty and staff members, with awards
               granted in multiple categories, including: Best Department, Leading Committee Award, Best
               Educational  Platform,  Most  Innovative  Theoretical  Course,  Most  Innovative  Practical
               Course, Most Creative Student Activity, Best Control Member, Best Faculty Member, Best
               Teaching Assistant, Exceptional Laboratory Technician, Excellence in Administration, Best
               Academic Advisor, Best Performance in Quality, Best Researcher, Team Spirit Award, and
               Top 10 Faculty Members and Teaching Assistants. In addition, top-performing students and
               distinguished achievers throughout the semester were honored. This ceremony reflects Mansoura
               National  University’s  firm  commitment  to  academic  excellence,  innovation,  and  global
               competitiveness, reaffirming its mission to become a leading educational and research institution
               of international standing.
