     In  his  opening  speech,  Prof.  Cherif
               Khater  emphasized  that  Mansoura
               National University is one of the fourth-
               generation  universities  established  with
               the aim of supporting the development of
               education  and  realizing  Egypt’s  Vision
               2030. He explained that the university is
               committed  to  delivering  distinguished
               educational  programs  aligned  with
               global  advancements,  thus  enhancing
               employability  opportunities  locally  and
               internationally.  He  further  noted  that  the
               university’s  success  is  not  limited  to  its
               advanced  infrastructure  but  is  primarily
               based  on  its  distinguished  human
               capital,  which  forms  the  cornerstone  of
               education and research.
               Prof.  Cherif  Khater  also  praised  the  advanced  laboratories  and  facilities  of  the  university,
               highlighting its strong focus on scientific research and international publication, and reaffirmed
               that the university provides incentives to encourage faculty members to publish in high-impact
               journals. He applauded the achievements of the Faculty of Pharmacy, stressing that this ceremony
               stands as a testimony of success for all its members. He also extended his gratitude to the deans,
               program directors, faculty, administrative leaders, and staff for their joint efforts in positioning the
               university among the leading national universities.
                                                                  For  his  part,  Assoc.  Prof.  Ahmed  El-
                                                                  Sheakh  welcomed  the  attendees  and
                                                                  expressed  his  appreciation  to  Prof.  Cherif
                                                                  Khater for his unwavering support of the
                                                                  Pharm  D  program  and  all  other  university
                                                                  programs. He explained that the Faculty of
                                                                  Pharmacy has built its vision on three main
                                                                  pillars:
                                                                  •      Entrepreneurship  in  pharmaceutical
                                                                  education,
                                                                  •      Needs-based  and  problem-solving
                                                                  scientific research, and
                                                                  •      Governance and accountability.
